Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A secure download link for your software and/or course materials.
  • A license key (for software) and login details (for course access) if required.
    You can also log in to your account on DedSeec.com at any time to access your purchases.

3. How long do I have access to my purchases?

Courses and software you purchase are yours to keep for personal use, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Some content may require an active license key for updates or advanced features.


4. What software do I get with the courses?

Our DedSeec Android Media Player is available on the Google Play Store. The Windows version can be downloaded safely from trusted sites like Downloads.com. Both players are developed and maintained by DedSeec to ensure the best viewing experience and content protection.


5. Do you ship physical products?

No. All products are delivered digitally. You will not receive anything by post.


6. What is your refund policy?

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Please review all product descriptions carefully before buying. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will help resolve the issue.
